The estimated cost for the whole project was so reasonable that I thought the cost would just cover the skylight itself, but it was also cover everything else. They even automatically giving discount to military, veteran, senior, and first responders. I am in awe by their kind consideration and respect to the community. The schedule to repair the skylight was a little delayed and I was concerned that another storm could come and hit it again soon, but I was warned that they have a very busy schedule demand due to the stormy weather around the community at that time.
