Instead, he pointed out a couple small issues and then advised my husband on the necessary materials and process to take care of those areas ourselves so we could save money. About 3 months later, it became obvious that the roof at our business would actually need a new roof installation after a messy leak occurred in one of the offices - so I didn't think twice about calling Bill again. This time, he came out the next day and patched up the roof leak FOR FREE - then promised to send over an estimate for a full replacement.
