About 3 months later, it became obvious that the roof at our business would actually need a new roof installation after a messy leak occurred in one of the offices - so I didn't think twice about calling Bill again. This time, he came out the next day and patched up the roof leak FOR FREE - then promised to send over an estimate for a full replacement. When that proposal came in 2 days later, it was a great value so we immediately hired Desert Sky. Their team had the entire process done in about 1 week (it's a pretty large commercial building) - and they communicated with us every day along the way. High quality before and after pictures were supplied to show the amazing transformation - and about a week later, we received a hand written thank you card in the mail. I am the daughter of a lifelong (now retired) roofer - so I know the value in finding someone honest & reliable that you can trust with such a vital component of your home or business (especially in a time where your hard-earned dollars are more precious than ever).
