But our Tamko Pro Gold warranty carries a 20-year workmanship AND material warranty that can be transferred to another owner. This upgraded system requires us to apply Titan XT shingles, Tamko TW underlayment, Tamko starter strips, and Tamko Hip & Ridge caps. Most roofers do not have this certification.
