Desert Sky Roofing was founded by Bill Kimbley, a 20-year military veteran who built this company on the same principles that guided his service: discipline, accountability, and doing the mission right the first time.

Pay rates from $16–$26+/hr based on experience, role, and skill level. We pay fairly for quality work.

We're always looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our Tucson roofing crew.
Entry level. No experience required — we'll train you. Must be dependable and willing to work hard in the heat.
1–3+ years experience. Lead a crew on-site, manage materials, ensure quality standards are met on every job.
3+ years experience. Oversee multiple job sites, coordinate with office, inspect completed work, train crew members.
Roofing sales experience preferred. Conduct inspections, provide estimates, and build trust with Tucson homeowners.
